Online registration

Welcome to Dover Public Schools Registration Information

Step 1:Gather Your Required Documents

To complete the online registration process you will need the following required documents scanned or take a picture on your device in order to upload them during the Genesis Online Registration process:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Provide two forms of residency
  • Guardian valid photo I.D.

     

Step 2: Download & Complete the Forms Listed BelowThese forms are required to complete the Genesis Online Registration. You are able to scan or take a picture of the completed forms to your device and upload them during the Genesis Online Registration process.

Step 3: Complete the Genesis Online Registration

  1. Access the Genesis Online Registration link
    You can select the language in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  2. Follow each screen and hit SAVE STUDENT
  3. Complete each tab and save
    1. Register student tab
    2. Contact and address tab
    3. Document tab – Upload each document (Required - Birth Certificate, Provide two forms of residency, Guardian valid photo I.D., etc.)
    4. Home Language Tab
  4. Review and Submit (If you would like an e-mail confirmation, enter your email address below)

Step 4: Application Submission Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation that all your information has been submitted.   You will be contacted if there is any missing information.     

Step 5: Registration Confirmation

If all your documents are completed and accurate, you will receive notification that your child is registered.  Registration information is submitted to the school.  If any further evaluations need to be completed you will be contacted.

Step 6: Registration Complete

You will be contacted by the school when your child's schedule is complete and they have been assigned a start date.
